Welcome!
Easy does it. What's that mean?
Well, many of us get pulled into the hardness of life. The obligation, the drama, the expectations. Hard goes it, I suppose. When we get swept up, we get swept away. Away from that which is true in our core. Away from the feelings, dreams, and bigness that are the very essence of who we are. We get small and stuck and begin to feel like things are supposed to be difficult. It takes some work to stay attuned to what kind of life we want- how we want our days to feel, how we want to spend our time, what we want to create. This work, though, can be beautiful. Enlightening. Messy. Full of interesting learnings. Once we commit to doing this work, awareness is a muscle we learn to flex. The work may still have some bumpiness to it, but we begin to live with more gratitude and intention. That's when it's smooth sailing. That's when we begin to expand, feel things fall into place, and launch into living big. That's when we feel alignment from head to heart to gut to feet.
Ultimately, easy does it can mean a great many things. It can mean go slow when starting new things. It can mean live with more love and empathy. It can mean breathe more deeply, lighten up, and maybe watch less cable news. Moment to moment this little mantra becomes just what we need.
I love working with people in a way that feels natural and easy. It is my great joy to offer inquiries that lead people to live with more authenticity. This applies to my coaching work, business consulting, and all the other places where I'm invited to engage in a meaningful way. Supporting people as they practice living a more intentional life is a great honor and one I hope I am able to share with you.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy.
May you find peace.
May you be free.
Rachel
